Phil Reedman MW is supported in the business by Christine Burton
Christine is a WSET Diploma graduate, a trained chef (Leith’s School of Food and Wine) and has a Master’s Degree in micro-palaeontology.
Christine’s interest in wine developed while training as a chef. Subsequently she combined running a catering business with lecturing on wine and food. During this time Christine also pursued her WSET and IMW qualifications.
In 2000 Christine took on the sales and marketing role for luxury Spanish brand Chivite with responsibility for Asia Pacific, the UK and Ireland. In 2005 Christine moved to Adelaide.
Christine brings her unique skill set to bear in the business; tasting and wine evaluation, graphic design, marketing strategy and back-office business operations. Christine also provides the acclaimed meals for our in-house courses.
